When you request a consultation on this website through my contact form below, via direct email, or by phone, I will respond to your request within 24-hours Monday-Friday.

Once we find a time for a consultation (often within the next couple of days to a week after reaching out, depending on our schedules), we will meet via video or phone call. I will ask you to share more about what you’re looking for support around, previous counseling experiences (if any), and will provide you an opportunity to ask me questions about my style and approach.

If it feels like a good fit, we will move on to scheduling a first session in-person or virtually, depending on your preference and availability.

In our first session, I’ll provide some initial strategies for more immediate relief of your symptoms, and then we’ll co-create a roadmap of how to create the life you want over the course of our work together.
